WHERE DID LIVEMINE START?
LiveMine began as a concept deep underground. What if there was a reliable way to record data in real-time? What if there was a quick and easy way to manage shifts? It may sound ambitious, but that’s exactly what our founding directors wanted to do. Bud and Brendan realised the only way to provide mine sites with the ability to access accurate data was through custom built software. In 2016 they began developing a digital reporting tool, and by 2018 Live Mine had its first implementation and client. Today, LiveMine has modules and users all over the world.

WHY WAS LIVEMINE BUILT?
Every year mining companies invest millions of dollars into mobile equipment and tools to achieve their production plans, but when it comes to recording critical data operators are left with just a pen and paper. For years we have heard the terms ‘frustrating’, ‘incorrect’ and ‘delayed’ used to describe these traditional methods of recording operations. There had to be a more efficient way.
